Turn left out of the car park. Follow the main forest road for 2km. You will come to a discreet section of single track leading off to the right. This has some rough and wet sections and lasts for just over 1.5km. At the end of the single track you will come onto a forest road again. Turn left along the forest road, keep to the main drag for just over 3 km.
At this point the road heads up to the left or straight on, take the left fork. This track is wide but rough in some places it lasts for just over 1km. At the end of the track you will meet a forest road. Turn left along the forest road. Stay on this road for about 3km, at this point you will reach a junction. Take a right turn, follow this road for 1 km until you see a forest walk waymarker. Follow the single track section through the trees but look out for walkers. This single track section has one steep stone pitched section to be carefull of. This section will take you right back to the carpark.
There are several sections on the route where cows are grazing, close all gates behind you.
The single track sections on this loop are great - real mountain biking ie can be wet and muddy unless you pick a dry spell. As you will see from the map, there are lots of alternative routes at Invergarry. Go and explore. If you are using the description above, make sure you start at the correct carpark - there are 2 quite close together.
